Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the team to meet KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate good typing speed and accuracy in Traditional Mandarin characters.
  • Maintain good computer literacy and use internal systems effectively.
