The position offers a basic salary of RM3,000 with potential total compensation up to RM3,200/month.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Open to SPM holders and fresh graduates.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Manage service mailbox enquiries.
  • Perform first call resolution (FCR).
  • Escalate cases to relevant business units when required.
  • Liaise with internal teams on service request status.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved or properly followed up.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our customer service team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or SPM holders looking to build a career in customer service. Full training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: RM3,000
  • KPI Incentive: Up to RM200
  • Total Compensation: Up to RM3,200/month
Location
  • Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Working Hours
  • 5 working days per week, 2 days off (shift‑based)
  • Monday–Friday: 7.30AM – 6.00PM
  • Saturday–Sunday: 8.00AM – 5.00PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (main line, operator, and sales enquiries)
  • Manage service mailbox enquiries
  • Perform first call resolution (FCR)
  • Escalate cases to relevant business units when required
  • Liaise with internal teams on service request status
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers
