Job description

We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our Telco Customer Service Team. This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chats related to telco products and services — ensuring excellent customer experience and effective issue resolution.

Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Available to join on November intake (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails related to telco services (mobile, internet, billing, etc.).
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, telco phone plan information, and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues.
  • Update customer information accurately in the system.
  • Promote telco products, plans, and add-on services when suitable.
Operation Hours

8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (based on shift schedule)

Monday – Sunday

8 working hours per day | 5 working days per week | 2 off days per week

Shift Schedule Examples
  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Shift timing subject to operational requirements.
What We Offer
  • Basic Salary: RM2,150.00 (Fixed)
  • KPI Allowance: Up to RM1,000.00 (Performance-based)
