Join Our Team at Esco Micro (M) Sdn Bhd!

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor.

In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting internal teams and ensuring smooth coordination of service-related activities. Your responsibilities include managing documentation, scheduling, and facilitating effective communication between departments to keep operations running efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

To support service team and sales-related activities within the company. Play an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field service force.

Provide excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.

Assist in Developing, implementing and maintaining document control processes and procedures related to ISO 17025, Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD) & other related documents.

Assist in conducting internal & external audits to assess compliance with ISO & GDPMD standards and regulations.

Identify and address non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Service, Purchasing) to gather and verify document requirements.

Assist in organizing and maintaining the filing system for all company documents, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.

Stay up-to-date with changes in ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of document processed, including version control and change logs.

Assist in preparation of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) and Department of Environment (DOE) reports.

Prepare and complete documents related to service contract orders.

Possessing experience in DOE protocols and procedures is considered an added advantage.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience, familiarity with industry standards and practices related to document control such as (ISO Standards), Certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) and experience in handling LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) and DOE (Department of Environment) reports.

Strong organizational abilities to manage large amounts of documents and data

Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in document handling

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Ability to identify issues in documentation processes and propose effective solutions

Reliability in managing document control processes and ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
