Responsibilities

• Planning of customer's delivery / shipment schedule.
• Follow thru with production in meeting shipment schedule.
• Liaise with production department to ensure PO are complying as per Purchase Order.
• Responsible for all overseas - air and sea shipping documents.
• Work with all forwarding agents for efficient/cost saving shipment planning.
• Preparing the weekly customer outstanding order report.
• Maintain the proper filling system.
• Attend to customer enquiries (Freight & Courier charges)
• Providing support as and when requested by department manager, assistant manager, senior CS Executive to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.
• Follow up with agents to obtain latest update of shipment tracking.
• Provide latest shipping tracking to Customer.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Business / Marketing or related disciplines.
• Good command of both written and oral English.
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong in Microsoft Excel & logical thinking.
