Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handle all customer inquiries, correspondence, quotations, complaints, and other customer-related matters in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and coordinate customer order processing, shipping and delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Process sales orders accurately and generate sales invoices in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate closely with the sales team, production, warehouse, logistics providers, and customers to meet required delivery schedules.
  • Assist with planning and supply chain–related activities, including demand planning, order forecasting, and coordination of material availability to support smooth operations.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective planning of production, inventory, and delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team in relation to sales activities and customer service matters.
  • Continuously review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
