Handle all customer inquiries, correspondence, quotations, complaints, and other customer-related matters in a professional and timely manner.
Manage and coordinate customer order processing, shipping and delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements to ensure on-time delivery.
Process sales orders accurately and generate sales invoices in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate closely with the sales team, production, warehouse, logistics providers, and customers to meet required delivery schedules.
Assist with planning and supply chain–related activities, including demand planning, order forecasting, and coordination of material availability to support smooth operations.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective planning of production, inventory, and delivery timelines.
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team in relation to sales activities and customer service matters.
Continuously review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
