Job summary

A global customer experience company is seeking a dedicated individual for a Full Time Permanent position. This role involves contacting registered shoppers and auditors, responding to inquiries, quality checking reports, and assisting in recruitment across the Asia Pacific and Europe. Candidates should possess relevant education and have a good command of English. A hybrid working model is offered after probation, along with incentives for performance.   • Contact registered shoppers/auditors for evaluations and surveys.

About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Asia Pacific / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
  • Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
  • Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
  • Assist in recruiting new shoppers / auditors in Asia Pacific / Europe region to boost database
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary, STPM, ‘A’ Level, Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
  • Required language(s): Good Command of the English language
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
  • A hard working and dedicated approach
  • Willing to work from home if required
  • Preferable to have experience in Customer Service (but not essential)
  • Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
