Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position.
- Experience in Electronic Manufacturing and Logistics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer feedback and order management.
- Process customer POs in a timely manner.
- Work to meet assigned KPIs and reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Act as the key window toward customer for Feedback, Quotation and Order Management.
- Accept customer PO and process it accordingly on time; work with internal team to deliver the order as per customer requirements.
- Assist Reporting Manager to process RFQ with objective Quote to Win.
- Work proactively to accomplish assigned KPIs, which include but are not limited to:
- On time delivery of order
- Customer Liability Management
- Revenue growth of assigned account
- Generate and publish report on time.
- Work with team members and other functional teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Prepare sales kit or presentation slides when required.
Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor's in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent. Diploma with similar experience is welcome.
- Possess good cross‑functions coordination skills to execute assigned tasks.
- Good interpersonal communication ability.
- Able to do a good presentation and conclude it with a good summary.
- Can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in Logistic flow will be an added advantage.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Tools: Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field or position is preferable.
- Good competency in English – Written and Oral. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
