Eumex Sailing Logistics Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Bukit Raja Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients in the freight and cargo forwarding industry.

What you’ll be doing
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, and partners on shipment status
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve shipment issues and provide proactive service updates
  • Work with internal teams (operations, warehouse, finance) to ensure accuracy
  • Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and company policies
  • Track and monitor the status of customer shipments and provide updates as needed
  • Assist with the processing of orders, bookings, and other administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to customer interactions
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client‑facing role, preferably in the freight/cargo forwarding industry
