About the job Customer Service Executive

Company Background:

We are representing a company who specliases in the sourcing, distribution, and manufacturing of frozen and refrigerated food products. As they are expanding, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team in Kajang.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information
  • Prepare and send accurate quotations and invoices based on customer requirements
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, accounts) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers for approvals, payments, and feedback
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all activities

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM and above.
  • At least 1 year working experience as general admin/ sales support that manage invoices and documentations.
  • Knowledge in AUTOCOUNT system & Microsoft Excel will be added advantage.
  • Willing to work Alternate Saturday half day.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00am 5:30pm
  • Alternate Saturday 8:00am - 2:00pm/ 1:00pm
