Job summary

A customer service company in Malaysia seeks a dedicated individual to handle customer inquiries through various online platforms and assist with order management. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, effective communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay, and familiarity with social media. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday with overtime allowances.

  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and other online platforms.
  • Manage orders, vouchers, and delivery coordination.
  • Follow up with customers and handle complaints professionally.
  • Support live-stream campaigns by replying to comments in real time.
  • Work closely with packing and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain good communication and response time within 10 minutes.

Working Hours

8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Monday – Saturday)
Overtime allowance after 7:00 p.m.
