A customer service company in Malaysia seeks a dedicated individual to handle customer inquiries through various online platforms and assist with order management. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, effective communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay, and familiarity with social media. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday with overtime allowances.
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and other online platforms.
Manage orders, vouchers, and delivery coordination.
Follow up with customers and handle complaints professionally.
Support live-stream campaigns by replying to comments in real time.
Work closely with packing and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain good communication and response time within 10 minutes.
8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Monday – Saturday)
Overtime allowance after 7:00 p.m.
