Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  3. Process customer orders, returns, and requests accurately.
  4. Coordinate with operations, sales, and billing teams to resolve service issues.
  5. Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  6. Provide product and service information to customers.
  7. Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and service performance.
  8. Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  9. Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience in customer service or client support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
