Job title : Customer Service cum Operation
Position : Executive / Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process customer orders, returns, and requests accurately.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and billing teams to resolve service issues.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and service performance.
- Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience in customer service or client support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software/CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin – adjust based on your company’s requirement. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
