Job summary

CB Frozen Food Sdn Bhd is seeking a cashier with at least 1 year in customer service. You will handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately while assisting walk-in customers and business clients. The role also involves packing, labeling, and arranging goods in daily outlet operations.

The ideal candidate is honest, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Minimum SPM or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Cashier or in a customer service-related role.
• Familiar with handling cash transactions, debit/credit card payments, and e-wallet payments.
• Possess basic mathematical skills and able to handle cash accurately.
• Friendly and able to communicate well with walk-in customers and business clients.
• Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented when handling cash and daily transactions.
• Able to support daily outlet activities, including packing, labelling, and arranging goods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
