Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in person
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions professionally
  • Coordinate with outlet staff and management to resolve customer issues
  • Record and update customer information accurately
  • Maintain Ayam Gepuk AG’s service standards and brand image
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience in F&B or retail is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (English is an added advantage)
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, POS or CRM systems)
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
