Job summary

A local job platform in Penang is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Executive. The role involves managing the customer service counter, assisting with mall upkeep, handling program redemptions, and providing high-level service support. Candidates should hold at least a Primary/Secondary School qualification and have good communication skills, with a priority for customer-oriented individuals. Experience in a related field is required. The position offers a salary of RM1700-1900 monthly.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Pleasant Personality and attentive to customer.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
