Position: Customer Service

This role focuses on managing customer interactions, handling orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to manage inquiries efficiently while reflecting the brand’s professionalism and values.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages across all platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Website Chat).
  • Provide accurate product information, guidance, and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, promotions, and product usage.
  • Assist customers with after-sales support, including troubleshooting and product guidance.
  • Process and verify orders accurately and timely across all platforms.
  • Update order status in the system and coordinate with operations/logistics teams.
  • Follow up on order-related issues, including returns, exchanges, and reshipments.
  • Record and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or management when required.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and protect the brand’s reputation by handling all interactions with a polite, patient, and professional tone.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, engaging them and upselling naturally.
  • Suggest products based on customer needs and suitability.
  • Manage loyalty programs and track repeat customers.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall customer experience.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum SPM, DIPLOMA or equivalent; experience in customer service or e-commerce preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic in handling customer interactions.
  • Able to multitask, manage priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
