Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Shah Alam is looking for a Customer Service Executive. The successful candidate will conduct service reminders through SMS and calls, coordinate appointments, and follow up with customers to enhance satisfaction. Minimum qualifications include a diploma with 2 years of customer service experience and strong communication skills in English, Malay, and local dialects. This role requires competence in Microsoft Office and the ability to solve problems effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
  • Added advantage if experience is in a similar industry.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and local dialects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Service Reminder to customer through SMS and calls.
  • Coordinate and record customer’s appointment booking.
  • Conduct Post Service Follow Up with customers.
  • Handle customer’s concerns and take improvement activities.
  • Ensure customer database is updated in a timely manner.

Conduct Service Reminder to customer through SMS and calls

Coordinate and record customer’s appointment booking

Conduct Post Service Follow Up with customers to measure customer satisfaction for improvement activities

Handle customer’s concern, analyse root cause and take improvement activities

Ensure all customers’ voice is promptly reported to Management

Liaise and communicate with internal staff/management to ensure prompt and effective reply

Ensure customer database is updated in timely manner and always protected through constant monitoring to ensure compliance to customer data utilization

Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customer and strive towards achieving high customer satisfaction

Conduct invitation, record customer’s appointment and coordinate parts ordering for Product Update

Coordinate activity with Sales

Requirement & Skills
  • Minimum Diploma in any field, with 2 years’ experience in Customer Service; Degree Holder in any field (Added advantage if working experience is similar industry)
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Language Skills a) Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and local dialects (written and spoken) b) Prepare simple report (if required)
  • Customer Service Oriented and embrace that “Customers Come First” mind set
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • IT literate
  • Independent, high commitment, self-motivated and able to promote good problem solving
