To set appointment booking (inbound/outbound call and hunting data)
To perform Post Service Follow Up Call
To call No-Show Appointment Customer
To attend to all customer feedback (Enquiries, Feedback, Suggestions)
To coordinate with other departments to solve customer's complaint
To attend Company phone
To assist customer at reception
To perform adhoc tasks assigned by superiors
