Job Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customer to explain product and services and convert into sales.
• Provide customer relation support to make customers happy and satisfied with the product.
• Build solid relationships with customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
• Identify and generate new customer leads
• Develop marketing content in social media to get new customer lead and increase brand trust.
• Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
• Maintain accurate records of the total number of business development metrics such as customer lead generation and sales conversion.
• Create sales invoice and relevant documentation to facilitate sales activities.

Job Requirement

• Possess degree in Mass Communication/Marketing/Business related.
• At least 2 years experience sales or related.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
• Excellent in using Canva, Capcut, Microsoft Excell, and generative Ai tools for idea, image and video generation.
• Strong understanding and experience in using social media channels.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is bonus.
• Ability to travel locally and overseas.
• High energy and healthy.
