Job Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Relations Executive who is passionate about people, communication, and impact. You’ll play a key role in driving customer lead generation, engagement, and sales conversion—helping parents, schools, and partners connect with our programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to introduce products and services, and convert leads into happy customers.
• Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage social media and marketing content to increase leads and strengthen brand trust.
• Research competitors, customer trends, and market insights to improve sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and performance metrics.
• Support events, webinars, and marketing campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business (other related fields considered).
• Minimum 1 year’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Excel, and AI tools (for ideas, visuals, and content).
• Strong grasp of social media strategy and storytelling.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to travel locally and overseas for campaigns and events.
• Energetic, positive, and passionate about people and growth.
