A leading automotive service provider in Penang is looking for a Customer Relation Executive to enhance customer relationships and effectively address inquiries and complaints. Build & maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
Attend to customers' enquiries, address customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
Provide customers with accurate and precise product & service information.
Ensure smooth and efficient operation by supporting frontliners when necessary.
Attend to customers' complaints/feedback and ensure the complaints are resolved professionally in compliance with company service standards.
Follow up on defect rectification progress and work closely with Technical Team for dispute resolution.
