To enhance our successful Quality Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate

Customer Quality Specialist
Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the focal point for customer quality communicate and issue resolution at plant level.
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams in problem-solving (8D, RCCA) for customer complaints, deviations and returns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of customer-required reports (8D, monthly report etc)
  • Manage customer audits, visits and quality reviews in coordination with relevant department.
  • Monitor customer quality performance metric (DPPM, claims etc) and drive improvement actions
  • Ensure immediate clarification of all quality related issues arising by customer.
  • Investigate quality issues immediately at customer site, and inform responsible quality engineer about details
  • Co-operate with manufacture engineer, sales and key account manager to decide about containment, corrective actions and continuous improvement actions (QIP and key projects)
  • Coordinate to review customer spec review with related departments, feedback to customer for any queries from internal teams. Feedback review status to quality management and implementation status to customer.
  • Coordinate to review OOS material disposition internally and with customer (LRD)
  • Other Job assignment from superior
Your Profile
  • Possess bachelor degree/master degree in engineering or Sciences field or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in Quality engineering preferably in substrate manufacturing
  • Familiar with quality tools and methodologies (8D, whitepaper, SPC, FMEA, CP MSA etc)
  • Experience in handling customer complaints, customer-specific requirements and audits
  • Min. 5 years working experience and min. 3 years with QA experience
  • PCB or electronic industry related experience preferred (Substrate industry related experience will be of advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
  • Strong communication and presentation ability skills
  • Cross-functional teamwork and coordination skill.
  • High sense of ownership, urgency and customer focus
  • Good stress management skills
  • Strong Quality mindset and ability to represent the company to customers
  • Fluent in English is a must or other language (Chinese, Malay)
  • Ability to work under pressure
