Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office necessary for handling reports and communication.

• Familiarity with production processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Track product quality performance on customer production lines.
• Verify returned defective products and maintain communication with customers.
• Provide feedback on monthly delivery quality performance.
