You will often find yourself on the go all day long — manage customer relationship, develop projects schedule, and lead internal teams. It would be great if you are a dynamic and decisive person who can work independently. However, we are a close-knit team, we dissect issues and overcome any obstacles together.
Here’s where you come in:
You know all of the projects' progress like the back of your hand, and you are constantly driving the project through internal "traffic". To achieve clear understanding between customers and internal teams, you will be the reliable liaison to facilitate this two-way communication.
In addition to managing customers’ expectation and satisfaction, you will sometime travel locally and internationally to meet customers on site. You will have a good working relationship with the Sales team and other cross-functional departments to carry out projects and drive related issues to closure.
