Silicon Sales & Marketing Sdn Bhd is hiring a cashier to handle customer transactions at Bangi, Alam Jaya (Cheras), Seri Kembangan and Kajang. You will greet customers, process payments, and maintain a tidy cashier area while supporting stock and inventory tasks.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is essential, with Mandarin/Cantonese as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates who can speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit cards, e-wallets, and other payment methods securely and accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to enquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier counter.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts and prepare petty cash listings.
• Comply with all company policies relating to cash handling, security, and customer service.
