CUSTOMER & DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT (MEDICAL)

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to manage and coordinate all processes related to medical reports, data collection, and communication with clients and clinic teams. This role requires high attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a medical setting.

Key Responsibilities
Medical Report Preparation
  • Audiometry Reports
  • Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) Reports
  • Medical Surveillance Reports
  • Employment and Pre-Employment Medical Reports
  • Ensure all reports are complete, accurate, and reviewed by the assigned doctors.
  • Communicate effectively with HR representatives of client companies.
  • Collect masterlists of employees who are scheduled for tests.
  • Confirm test dates and logistics at clinics or in-house setups.
Clinic Coordination
  • Liaise with clinic supervisors to ensure all required tests are properly scheduled and executed.
  • Ensure the availability and submission of all required documentation, including forms and test results.
  • Track the workflow to ensure smooth delivery and timely reporting.
Documentation & Report Delivery
  • Prepare summary reports and organize hardcopy folios for each client.
  • Send both hardcopy and softcopy reports to company HRs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all reports sent and received.
Must work closely with:
  • Ms. Vakis
  • Ms. Hanisa
  • Be ready to self-learn medical terminologies (e.g., through Google or doctor consultations).

Understand the importance of compliance, including liaising with DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) when necessary.

Process Management
  • Oversee the entire reporting process: from preparation to monitoring and finally, sending the results to customers.
  • Ensure all stages of documentation and reporting are executed efficiently and with full compliance.
