A global insurance and asset management leader seeks a Customer Digital and AI Transformation Program Manager in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves overseeing digital and AI initiatives to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. The incumbent is responsible to drive the organizational modernization at Allianz customer touchpoints & back operations by overseeing regional digital and AI initiatives to enable customer experience improvement and operational efficiency. This role is expected to deliver program roadmaps aligning with business goals, bridging technical and business teams to foster innovation, implementing AI/automation solutions through collaboration across various countries and functions in the region.
Contribute in developing comprehensive AI/Digital transformation strategy and roadmap through industry best practice, insights of innovative ideas and outcome of data analytics. Ensure solutions being designed to fit majority markets to ease scalability.
Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional & comprehensive AI/Digital transformation initiatives from conception to implementation preferably through Agile methodologies.
Connect with Senior Executives, program manager of implementing entities and working team (both Regional and local business functions) regularly to share program progress and risk/issue escalation with recommendations.
Support Program Owner to scale the built capabilities to potential countries/entities as Regional digital & AI solution.
Establish project KPIs, monitor budgets, and ensure programs adhere to relevant Allianz policies, procedures, and regulations, including driving security assessment and obtaining Business Case, Architecture Review and AI Governance Board.
