A leading consumer electronics retailer in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee digital campaigns and manage user access rights. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in customer insights and analytics, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include executing marketing strategies across various platforms and ensuring data integrity. This role requires excellent project management and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
To manage multiple user access rights, user maintenance, and resources allocations.
Project Managing, Execution & Monitoring: Set up, execute, and digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, web, Senheng App, and relevant on‑ground activities.
First Party Data Integrity: Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different marketing platforms and systems.
Users Segmentation & Personas: Create, maintain, and validate first‑party data users into segments and personas to fit campaign objectives, including analyzing users’ behavior across Senheng’s digital touchpoints.
Collaboration: As a traffic controller between internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and timely.
Testing & Optimizing: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing; monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, click‑through rates, conversions), and refine campaigns accordingly.
