As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive personnel to manage sales coordination, import/export operations, and ensure smooth delivery of our products to customers.
Job Responsibilities Local Sales Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and track customer orders.
- Manage order fulfilment and delivery between HQ, branches, and warehouses.
- Monitor stock levels, safety stock, and coordinate with production and warehouse for replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare monthly/annual sales reports (including P&L and sales performance).
- Support sales tracking, customer payment follow-ups, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Export Operations
- Handle export sales orders, proforma invoices, and coordinate with production on cargo readiness.
- Prepare shipping documents, arrange containers/trucking, and manage export logistics.
- Liaise with customers on shipment status, schedules, and follow up on payments.
- Apply for necessary permits (e.g., DG Forms), and issue CN/DN when required.
- Manage export documentation accuracy, customer communication, and resolve complaints related to shipping or product issues.
- Assist with export samples preparation and ad hoc tasks assigned by HOD.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales coordination, logistics, or inventory management (Local role).
- 2–3 years’ experience in export operations, shipping documentation, or international logistics (Export role).
- Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or trading industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and work independently.
- Good communication skills; fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with customers and international partners).
