Successful candidates will be working or located at Perodua 3S Bukit Rimau, Shah Alam (New Outlets) or Perodua 3S Jln. Klang Lama, KL.

Qualification: SPM/Diploma/Degree in a related discipline.

Requirements
  • Preferred candidate with at least one year of working experience in customer service or related field.
  • Entry level applicant are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office.
  • Willing to work during weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Good appearance and attractive character.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers, providing customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up and resolve customers’ enquiries and issues.
  • Retain customers by recommending products and services that best serve customers’ needs.
  • Promote company products and services through social media (Instagram, FB, TikTok, etc.).
  • Work closely with team members and leaders to achieve monthly intake service target and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Attend to customer enquiries and requests.
