Job summary

Watsons Malaysia in Kulim, Kedah, is seeking a full-time retail associate to deliver professional customer service and manage stock levels. You will operate cash register, promote VIP memberships, and uphold Watsons’ operating standards across shifts.

The role requires a friendly personality, good communication, and flexibility to work weekends/public holidays. Diploma/Certificate holders welcome for a permanent position at this retailer.

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a PMR/PT3/SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
