Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking retail staff to deliver professional customer service at our stores in Malaysia. You will help maintain stock levels, assist customers with product selection, and promote Watson’s VIP membership while handling cashier duties.

Successful candidates will follow Watson’s operations standards, work flexible retail hours including weekends and public holidays, and be available in full-time or part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and pleasant personality.
• Minimum education: PMR/PT3/SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U or professional certificate.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends/public holidays.
• Full/Part-Time positions available.

Responsibilities
