Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is hiring for a retail associate to deliver professional customer service and ensure stock is well maintained. The role includes handling cashier duties and promoting Watson’s VIP Member Cards, while following standard operating procedures.

The successful candidate will bring a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/SPM/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to customers.
• Coordinate stock levels to ensure availability.
• Apply correct selling techniques to achieve sales targets.
• Perform cashier duties and promote Watson’s VIP Member Cards.
• Maintain procedures and methods according to Operations Standards.
• Undertake other tasks as required by superiors.
