Job summary

Watson's Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Assistant to uphold high standards of friendly service and efficient shop operations. You will handle cashier duties, promote the Watsons VIP Member Card, and ensure stock levels are maintained throughout shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The role requires fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English, with strong communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude to engage customers and support team goals.

• Experience in delivering high standard customer service.
• Experience handling cashier duties and promotions of loyalty programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to follow up and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service on the shop floor.
• Operate the cash register and manage checkout efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with shop organization at all times.
• Promote the Watsons VIP Member Card to customers.
• Be flexible with shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.

Efficient organization and operation of the shop.

Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.

Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.

Education & Experience:

Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.

Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.

Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.

Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.

Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.

Watsons Pharmacy has been settled up over 25 years, and relocated to the Health Centre about May 1999 years ago. Our locality in central London with close approximate to London China Town, we have established ourselves as the main local pharmacy centre for the increasing Chinese community around London.
