Job summary

A global leader in technical services is seeking a qualified Lead Auditor to conduct audits in CSR and Quality Management Systems. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of audits, developing methodologies, and maintaining compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in social compliance audits. Proficiency in English and excellent time management are essential for this role.

• Lead Auditor qualification with CSCA Certified from APSCA.
• Lead Auditor certification in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA.

Job description

• Conduct audits in CSR and Quality Management System areas such as Security C-TPAT, RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI, SMETA and COC audits.
• Ensure timely completion of audit/surveillance and submission of audit reports.
• Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance.
• Interface and provide support for other departments on the day‑to‑day planning, marketing, operations including new product development.
• Maintain audit‑related records as per company’s policy.
• Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to audits.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in social compliance audits and quality management service.
• Lead Auditor qualification with CSCA Certified from APSCA is required.
• Lead Auditor certification in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA (other certifications would be an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Frequent travel required, especially to ASEAN countries.
• Able to handle tight situations during audit with good time management.
