  • Engage and maintain strong working relationships with NGOs, community organisations, trainers, beneficiaries, and programme partners
  • Monitor budgets, track expenditure, and support sponsorship and partnership coordination where relevant
  • Prepare programme updates, impact reports, and post‑programme evaluations (including data collection and outcome tracking)
  • Represent Taylor’s Community at workshops, briefings, and stakeholder engagements
  • Support continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to programme design, delivery methods, and scalability
Requirements & Qualifications

  • Understanding of CSR and sustainability principles (experience in education / non‑profit / corporate CSR is an advantage)
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts with clear and timely communication
  • Experience conducting trainings is an advantage (HRDF‑certified trainers preferred)
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including underprivileged communities and external partners
  • Highly committed and able to travel across Malaysia and work on alternate Saturdays
