Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience, focusing on process optimisation and lean manufacturing principles.
• Fresh graduates with strong mechanical engineering theory (results CGPA 3.6 and above) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products.
• Provide technical support to production teams during manufacturing of new products.
• Document product specifications and technical information to support commercialization.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and safety standards.
