Job Description

We are seeking a passionate IT functional techno analyst for our CRM platform. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the platform, functionalities and have a proven track record in supporting and delivering CRM projects. This role requires an analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Business Engagement and Project Management
  • Communicates effectively with end‑users for project activities including requirements gathering, scope prioritization, user acceptance testing, and user training
  • Acts as the liaison between the business experts (Sales Ops and Finance) and the IT project team members
  • Facilitates business/functional requirement gathering, design, architectural / integration awareness, review, approval, and sign‑off sessions
  • Support month end and quarter end activities
Technical Expertise
  • Provide support and information for projects such as system enhancements, process changes, testing, and system implementations.
  • Support issues and deliver configurations changes / fix for application
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data or process issues, including manual updates.
  • Track and monitor the status of regularly scheduled data loads.
Qualifications
  • CRM Systems Expertise: functional and technical knowledge on CRM systems on all Sales and Channel related modules including Master Data Management, Orders, Pricing, Samples, Quotes, Ship and Debit, Claims, Funnel Management, and Channel Management modules.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT management with a strong focus on CRM implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL, including ability to construct queries and interpret results.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data.
  • Communication Skills: Possesses excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • ModelN Experience: ModelN experience in semiconductor industry is added advantage.
  • Understanding and experience in integration with CRM, EDI and ERP
  • Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, functional design, business requirement management, user acceptance testing, cut‑over planning and post go‑live support.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management with a strong focus on CRM implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering CRM projects.
