CRM Senior Executive, Regional (F&B Retail)

Our client is a leading F&B retail chain in the region.

Reporting to the Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute CRM-driven campaigns (including push and email) and manage day-to-day Customer Data Platform (CDP) operations, covering segmentation, journey management, and promotional offer deployment.
  • Utilise CDP capabilities to implement targeting strategies and personalise customer experiences across all channels.
  • Track key metrics through reports and dashboards (CDP performance, campaign effectiveness) to provide insights and optimise marketing strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years in marketing operations, CRM, or growth roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM/CDP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Insider, CleverTap) and analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making skills; high proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of conversion attributions, app events, and regional markets.
  • Critical, creative, fast‑paced learner with structural thinking and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
