A healthcare service provider in Kuala Lumpur seeks a candidate to execute multi-channel campaigns, manage CRM data, and support marketing efforts. The ideal applicant will have a degree in Marketing or Business, with 2–3 years of CRM experience and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous. This role involves administrative tasks and teamwork across departments, requiring attention to detail and flexibility.
Job Scope:
Campaign Execution: Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications), including segmentation, A/B testing, and scheduling.
Membership Data Maintenance: Update CRM database, ensure accuracy, and perform routine data cleansing.
Campaign Reports: Track campaign performance, prepare basic reports, and highlight observations for senior review.
Loyalty App Support: Assist in managing app content, testing features, and handling user feedback.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties including monthly invoice submission, obtaining and comparing vendor quotations, payment etc.
Cross-team Support: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and design teams to implement campaigns.
Education & Experience
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–3 years experience in CRM.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, strong execution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
Willingness to attend to ad hoc support during projects or transition on public holiday or weekends.
