Job summary

CelcomDigi Malaysia is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to support the Credit Assessment, Collections & Recovery, and Refund functions. You will deliver timely management reporting, portfolio analytics, and insights to drive operational performance and financial monitoring.

You will develop and maintain reports, monitor ageing trends across Consumer and Enterprise segments, and support PFDD reporting. Strong analytical capability, financial knowledge, and ability to translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, MIS, or data analytics.
• Experience in telecommunications or credit operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong analytical, numerical skills with ability to communicate to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and data visuals.
• Analyse ageing reports and portfolio trends across Consumer and Enterprise.
• Support PFDD reporting and other financial reporting requirements.
• Collect, cleanse, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency.
