Overview

This is a full-time Credit Recovery Officer position based in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. As a Credit Recovery Officer, you will play a crucial role in MAZARYN & PARTNERS SDN. BHD's collections and debt recovery efforts, helping to recover outstanding payments and ensure the financial health of the company.

What you’ll be doing

• Contacting customers with overdue payments to negotiate settlement plans and collect outstanding debts
• Maintaining detailed records of customer accounts and payment histories
• Identifying and escalating high‑risk accounts for further action
• Analysing payment data to identify trends and improve collections strategies
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients
• Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

• Proven experience in a collections or credit recovery role, preferably in the financial services or telecoms industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully
• Excellent data management and analytical skills to interpret payment patterns and identify solutions
