Job summary

We+ Asia is seeking a highly motivated Credit Cards Product Manager to lead the end-to-end management of the credit card portfolio, including strategy, portfolio growth, and lifecycle management. This role combines traditional product management responsibilities with hands-on ownership of acquisition, activation, usage, retention, rewards, and spend stimulation campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Credit card product management; Portfolio management; Campaign management in Retail banking
• Experience managing affluent, premium, or mass affluent card portfolios, as well as managing merchant-funded offers, rewards programs, and partnerships.
• Strong understanding of Credit card economics, Rewards and loyalty programs, Customer lifecycle management and Portfolio growth strategies
• Proven track record of delivering portfolio growth and successful customer engagement campaigns.
• Experience using analytics to drive product and marketing decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance of the credit card portfolio and drive sustainable growth in card acquisition, activation, spend, retention, and profitability.
• Develop and refine card product value propositions, benefits, rewards, and customer experiences to ensure competitive differentiation.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and portfolio gaps.
• Build business cases and recommend portfolio enhancement initiatives based on customer insights and market trends.
• Monitor key portfolio KPIs including New-to-bank acquisitions, Card activation rates, Monthly active cards, Spend per card, Revolving balances, Retention and attrition rates, Portfolio profitability
• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of customer campaigns across acquisition, activation, spend stimulation, retention, cross-sell, and loyalty engagement.
• Develop targeted customer engagement strategies using segmentation, behavioural insights, and transaction analytics.
• Define campaign objectives, success metrics, test-and-learn frameworks, control groups, and optimization plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution and strong customer experience.
• Establish continuous improvement and experimentation frameworks through A/B testing and pilot programs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Data Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Operations
• Present recommendations and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all product enhancements and campaigns comply with regulatory, legal, and internal governance requirements.
• Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and customer communication standards.
