Job summary

UNITED PLUS REALTY Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled video editor to craft dynamic short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, Facebook and XiaoHongShu. You will produce property, recruitment, event highlights and branding content, turning raw footage into polished stories with pacing, subtitles, transitions and sound effects.

You will also assist with basic on-site shoots, support marketing designs, stay current with trends, and collaborate with the team to deliver content on time and within brand

Qualifications

• Strong video editing skills with a good sense of pacing and storytelling.
• Portfolio of previous editing work required.
• Experience with social media content and trends.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and XiaoHongShu.
• Produce and edit property videos, recruitment content, event highlights, interviews and social content.
• Turn raw footage into engaging videos with pacing, subtitles, transitions and sound effects.
• Keep up with social media video trends and apply suitable formats to content.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop creative concepts and content ideas.
• Handle basic shooting and on-site content production when needed.
• Edit using CapCut / JianYing, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Explore AI video tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Create supporting marketing visuals and simple ads.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
