Job Summary
  • We are currently looking for a project coordinator for creative services to join our design team. The position will be responsible for managing day-to-day creative and content production projects for international brands. If you are a creative, detail oriented and result driven project management professional with a passion for creative and digital content production, we would love to hear from you.
  • Reporting to the Creative project manager, you will be working closely with our internal team to deliver a wide range creative and digital marketing projects such as website designs, banners, email marketing campaigns, newsletter, print production, social media posts, H5 pages, corporate presentation, brand and marketing video production.
  • The ideal candidate should have a solid creative and design background with exposure to email marketing and B2B communication materials.
  • This role is suitable for a candidate with design background that wish to take on a more managerial role within a creative team.
Position Responsibilities
  • Work with clients and internal teams to define and achieve project objectives and timelines
  • Manage day-to-day production for banners, H5 pages, email marketing, newsletter, website design and development, video production, digital media assets, campaign planning and production, print, social media
  • Responsible for handling end-to-end project delivery together with the creative project manager
  • Responsible for scoping project user requirements and specifications with the creative project manager
  • Responsible for issuing and implementing project and production planning with the creative project manager
  • Work closely with external and internal parties and ensure on-time delivery
  • Responsible for resources planning and resource allocation with the creative project manager
  • Ability to perform creative and technical analysis of client requirements
  • Provide account servicing support and ensure healthy client relationships with clients
  • Ensure production and deliverables meet the highest quality standard
  • Act as a key contact point and provide creative services support to an international client base
  • Hands-on in driving content production
  • Committed to consistently deliver projects on-time, on-budget
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with clients is a must.
  • Fluency in Chinese for both written and spoken is a strong advantage.
  • Experience and knowledge in UXUI design is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines and clients
  • Awareness and competency in guiding creative in the digital and social space
  • Proficient or knowledgeable in design/creative software (Photoshop, Illustration, InDesign)
  • Proficient or knowledgeable in presentation software and have working knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Experience with email marketing software is an advantage
  • Strength in evaluating both design and English copy with a type A-level attention to detail.
Prior Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a content producer or project management in a digital or creative agency.
