Job summary

VML, a global creative company, is hiring a Creative Marketing Consultant to support a Global Tech Firm within a global team. The role centers on creative review and marketing consultation, offering practical recommendations to strengthen assets for B2B audiences.

You will also support partner marketing execution, asset discovery, localization review, content support and event-related requests, with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Mandarin, able to read and review marketing content in both languages.
• Experience in marketing, creative strategy, brand, digital, content or integrated campaigns.
• Strong creative judgement and ability to give constructive, actionable feedback.
• Experience in tech, B2B and working with partners, channels or agencies is highly valuable.
• Confident stakeholder management, strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform creative review of campaign assets, partner-facing materials and digital communications to provide clear recommendations for improvements.
• Support marketing execution, localization review, asset discovery, content support and events-related requests.
• Help generate reporting inputs and insights for global stakeholders.

The core focus of this role is creative review and marketing consultation: assessing campaign assets, partner-facing materials and digital communications, then giving clear, practical recommendations to make them stronger for B2B audiences.

You will also support related workstreams such as partner marketing execution, asset discovery, localization review, content support, event-related requests and reporting inputs.

• Experience in marketing, creative strategy, brand, digital, content or integrated campaigns.

• Confident stakeholder management, strong organization and attention to detail.
