MTD Capital Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Marketing & Communications Assistant to create compelling presentations, marketing materials and social content. The role supports branding and promotional activities across departments, with involvement in events and shoots as needed.

You will coordinate communications, manage admin tasks and assist in producing visual content for campaigns and corporate profiles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Admin, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proficient in PowerPoint with strong presentation design and formatting.
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator is advantageous.
• Creative and confident in front of the camera for shoots.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations and corporate slides.
• Assist in developing marketing materials: brochures, flyers, profiles, posters, banners.
• Support marketing, branding and corporate communication activities.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media and other channels.
• Coordinate corporate events, campaigns, exhibitions and shoots.
• Participate as in-house model/presenter for photoshoots and videos when required.
• Prepare photography/video content to support branding initiatives.
• Handle general admin, memos, reports and data entry.
• Coordinate meetings, meet materials and minutes; manage correspondence.
• Maintain filing systems and update company documents.
• Assist with staff claims, petty cash, invoices and simple finance docs.
• Liaise with internal departments, agencies, printers, photographers and vendors.
• Perform other marketing, communication and admin duties as assigned.
