Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Good understanding of basic marketing and branding concepts
• Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools will be an added advantage
• Active interest in social media, digital marketing, branding, and current trends
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and branding campaigns
• Support the development of social media content, promotional materials, and marketing communications
• Assist in creating and editing marketing materials such as posters, banners, brochures, presentations, and digital content
• Support content creation for social media platforms and other digital channels
• Assist with managing and organizing marketing content, images, videos, and brand assets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
• Assist in monitoring social media performance and preparing basic marketing reports
• Support the coordination of marketing activities, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
• Liaise with internal departments, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders when required
• Assist in coordinating product launches, promotional activities, and brand initiatives
• Ensure marketing materials are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing / Branding team
• Perform other marketing and branding-related tasks or ad-hoc projects as assigned
