Ideal candidates bring a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a solid grasp of typography and color theory, and the ability to deliver print-ready files.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of printing processes and techniques preferred.
• Experience with photography and photo editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative graphic designs for apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and marketing to align with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
• Create visual content for campaigns, ads, and promotional materials online and offline.
• Stay updated with industry trends and apply them to maintain a fresh brand image.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure print-ready designs and specs.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution with accuracy.
• Maintain digital assets like website graphics, banners, and email templates.
• Provide feedback to enhance design concepts and overall quality.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high quality.
• Communicate project requirements and objectives effectively with team and stakeholders.
