Creative Executive (Copywriting & Video Content)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Brand Messaging: Spearhead the creation and ongoing refinement of brand messaging, ensuring all written content aligns with the company's positioning, values, and visual identity.
  • Create High-Quality Content: Write, edit, and proofread copy for websites, campaigns, social media, packaging, emails, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Develop Brand Guidelines: Create and maintain a comprehensive brand voice and messaging guide for use across departments and platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop concepts and campaigns that deliver consistent and impactful brand experiences.
  • Strategic Copy Direction: Interpret creative briefs and proactively guide copy direction to meet business goals and resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Market Research: Conduct market and audience research to inform messaging strategy and ensure relevancy.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and refine messaging approaches based on data and feedback.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with latest trends in branding, copywriting, and digital marketing.
What we are looking for?
  • Writing & Storytelling Experience: At least one year minimum in writing & video storytelling capacity.
  • Portfolio Required: Strong portfolio of written work demonstrating copywriting excellence.
  • Brand Voice Expertise: Deep understanding of voice development and brand messaging.
  • Language Skills: Native English skills and good understanding of Chinese language for translation work.
  • Additional Skills: Excellent presentation skills, analytical approach to performance data, and brand strategy understanding are advantageous.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset to contribute simultaneously to brand and marketing goals.

  • 2–3 years of copywriting or content creation experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong writing portfolios may be considered.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong command of English & Mandarin (BM a plus depending on business needs).
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement.
  • Ability to write in different tones and styles (formal, fun, sales-driven, educational).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
